Weekend Fun

Look what's coming to our house! Josh has been busy clearing the weeds and bramble from the side of our lower deck. He already had this done when I got home from school Friday. Yesterday he and his friend brought in a load of gravel and poured the foundation.

I got the Huck-a-Back towels on the loom and am almost finished the first one.

addendum: The pattern is in Design Collection No. 18.

oops! I forgot to mention the pattern. Have you made them? The treadling is extremely easy. I'm doing a few different colors and then I'll do a couple white ones (with the striped border).

I -love- those towels! I have been wanting to do them for ages. Maybe I'll put those on when the scarves come off the loom. Is that 8/2 or 10/2?

It's 8/2. I finished that one last night. I was going to start the next one tonight, but now that the carder is here - well, you know!

Hey, I looked at those towels and said, "Gee, that looks familiar!" I have the same ones going, but in blue and white! And I am *totally* jealous of your Duncan!! Maybe for Christmas...
